Sim City 2000

Description:

I feel this game is what really upped the popularity of the Sims games. This SimCity game comes with an all new look compared games of the past. It has an all new "3D" appearance and several new features such as new diasters and new structures. The game also comes packed full of scenarios and you can even go as far as using an Editor to create your own buildings (this is external, you can update graphics so when you play the actual game, the buildings will be custom).

This game actually does have an end, one week in College I decided to find out what would happen to my City if I left it unattended. After a few days, I returned to find a little message saying all my people have left and moved on to another place. I had "beaten" the game. It was glorious. I haven't played it since though.

Old School Apps is an abandonware apps site which offers free game downloads and old apps dating back to the MS-DOS days.

Our abandonware games collection is one of the most complete archives on the Internet. We offer game downloads from the most popular genres available: adventure games, action games, board games, education games, puzzle games, racing games, roleplaying games, simulation games, sports games, strategy games, and text based games. We've recently added an online arcade which is filled with over a hundred classic nintendo games that you can play directly from your browser. These online nintendo games use Java and vNES to emulate old games without the hassle of having to download and install third-party software.
