Description:
Here's a classic Sim City game furthered this series popularity which is still active today (The Sims 3 anybody?). Build your city from the ground up, zone in residential, commercial, and industrial zones. As the Mayor, you can affect all sorts of things such as annual income by adjusting taxes, but be careful not to anger your citizens, or your town's popularity will decrease, which may turn your 'bumpin city' into a ghost town rather quickly. On top of that, you will also from time to time have to deal with fires, floods, and other forms of natural diasters that cause reck havok on your City.
